How quickly can we get started?
Most businesses are fully onboarded within 48 hours. After you purchase online, we contact you within 4 business hours to schedule a setup call with a security engineer.
Will this disrupt our day-to-day work?
No. Everything runs quietly in the background. Your team keeps working as usual while we deploy and configure SentinelOne, Push Security, and DNSFilter. The only thing your staff will notice is a browser extension install and a lightweight agent on their device.
Do we need to uninstall our current antivirus?
Usually yes — running two endpoint agents simultaneously can cause conflicts. SentinelOne replaces traditional antivirus and is significantly more capable. We'll walk you through the transition during onboarding.
What happens if there's a security incident?
Our SOC monitors 24/7 and responds immediately. Critical alerts are triaged within 30 minutes and containment actions — isolating devices, blocking IPs, disabling compromised accounts — are initiated within 1 hour. We'll keep you informed throughout and send a post-incident report.
Is our data stored in Australia?
Yes. Monitoring is performed by our Australian-based SOC. All data handling complies with Australian privacy law and the Privacy Act 1988. SentinelOne, Push Security, and DNSFilter all support Australian data residency configurations.
What does the monthly fee include?

Can we cancel anytime?
Yes. We offer flexible month-to-month plans with no lock-in contract. You can cancel with 30 days' notice. We'll offboard cleanly and hand back any configurations.
